I really need a headboard for my bed and would like something upholstered. Our bed is right in front of a window in a very small bedroom. It is so small that I need a headboard that is not deep at all. This one below from Wisteria is only 1.5 inches deep, which would be great, but it is something like $700 with shipping. I like the PB Riley headboard, but it is 4.5 inches deep.

I want a headboard that goes all the way to the ground and not one that stops at the mattress (if that makes sense). Any suggestions of where else to look?

Target has some really pretty ones, not sure if you will find any that go past the mattress though.
Also, Tuesday Morning had a big shipment of headboards a while ago, so maybe check that out if you have one.

It was $399 i think... I would check Marshalls/TJMaxx/Home Goods in your area.
