Chubbs starts at a transitional sitters house this week. She's a very good friend of mine, but the girl can't cook!
What should I make in batches to keep at her house? He pretty much only eats table food. I plan to make and freeze pancakes. She said she can make oatmeal (this is questionable ) and Cream of Wheat.
I think I'm going to buy frozen veggies to send. What about cooked fruit? Can I freeze that without pureeing it? Any ideas for lunches? Her 2 yr old eats canned fruit and veggies and things like Spaghettios which I don't want for LO. Thanks in advance.
Beans-we do a lot of beans. We just zap them to heat them up. Yogurt, cheese, hummus, I buy organic frozen veggie slices/chunks and microwave defrost them.

I'm glad you found someone. You can make and freeze baby meatballs. We have a quesadilla machine that is really quick and it was cheap. They do those for snacks at H's school so we often have to make her bean ones in the morning. Once he has had eggs you could hardboil a batch.

I did find someone, temporarily. She's due to have a baby in April so we have 3 months to find a daycare center. Thanks for the suggestions, these are great ideas.

Thanks for this. I didn't know about the frozen fruit chunks. This will help tremendously.
