How did you do this week? I was down 3.2, but it was really over two weeks since I was only down .2 last week.
Any challenges coming up? Trudy - when are you going on your anniversary dinner?
It's my birthday and my mom's making me dinner. She has begrudgingly accepted that I'm still doing the sugar sobriety so she's making a fruit parfait with lemon Greek yogurt. I'm looking forward to it!
I lost 1.4! I've been feeling good about it but am dropping 7 nursing points this week (I was eating so much before joining I started with the 14) so I'm expecting to be hungry!

I lost 3! I know the first week is always the biggest though. My anniversary is on Thursday- can't wait! I'm mostly excited for it so I can eat delicious food
my challenges this week are that Luke is sick AGAIN and a sick baby makes a stressed out mom! Hopefully I can eat what I have here and not binge and freak out being stressed
Hey girls! Bumping this back up since I did my official weigh in this morning. I've been doing MFP for 1.5 weeks now and have lost 3.4 lbs! I'm very happy with this since I have a seriously hard time staying under my calorie goal and have gone over a bit most days. This week I'm committed to do better sticking to my calorie limit.
Anyone care to share a recipe, motivational tip, goal for the week or any other non-scale victories?
I didn't weigh in this week. I am on a revived kick to track everything again. I got lazy and the scaled showed it last time I weighed in.
I'd like to drop at least 7 pounds by the 26th. That would put me at a new low and hopefully into the cocktail dress I need to wear without having a bloated belly "is she KU again" look.

I was down just .7 last week on my first week back, but I'm getting back into the swing of things and feel like I'm doing better this week. My official weigh in day isn't until Thursday.
My biggest challenge is finding a way to get a run in... work has been crazy so it's harder to go during the day at lunch or something, mornings are crazy and the evenings are crazy.

I lost 3.6 It was my first week back to it, I fully expect the week 2 curse a la Biggest Loser this week. Considering I have my profile set to lost 0.5 lb a week that was unexpected. No challenges coming up, really. We might go out to eat this weekend, but one meal (or day) off doesn't bother me too much considering I used to take the whole weekend off, including Fridays lol. Plus we never go out to eat, we just happened to get a gift card for Christmas.
