Weekend was pretty low key. Cleaned up the house and pretty much just hung out. I had a quick lunch with a friend and SIL and her boyfriend over for dinner on Sunday.

Weekend was AWESOME! Saturday was my "all about me" day (since it was my birthday). We got up late, went up to a town about 45 minutes from here to have crepes and drop off some jewelry for repair, then trotted home. Talked to R's parents for a while, then went to a local restaurant for dinner. OMG. Best thing I've eaten in forever. (Which is good, because it falls under "most expensive" too) Then came home, opened cards and "gifts", and went to bed.

Sunday we slept in LATE, then trotted out to the mall to pick up a new sweater for R (Macy's clearance sale, yo) and buy me some new Athleta pants with some gift cards I had. Also hit up REI for a new running long-sleeve. I know happiness shouldn't be relatable to new things, but here's my happy from this: I fit into a medium pants from Athleta and a small shirt. OMG. I really HAVE lost weight! (Prior to this I saw it on the scale and in smaller clothes, but never really *saw* it ... KWIM?

Weather here at the moment is 30 degrees, high of 48, with sunshine. I'm in NorCal (sacto area).

This weekend was a bust with regard to everything I thought I was going to do, but it was good. We bought a new closet rod and installed it; so we have a functioning closet in our (temp) bedroom. Our floor was delivered and is sitting in the garage until we lug it to the basement. And we did a ton of laundry. It was very low key.

Weather is 18F with a high of abou 27F. I'm in a cave (cinderblock hell) and have no idea what it looks like outside. As long as it doesn't rain, I don't care. We've been under a flood advisory since Thursday or Friday due to crazy storms and melting snow/ice, but water levels are starting to drop.

How was your weekend? my weekend was okay. saturday I helped my mom in their basement cleaning and organizing. then we went to dinner to celebrate my dad's birthday. Sunday I worked for a friend at work.

Weekend was ok. I didn't feel good so we kept it pretty low key.

It's cold here. It's around 15 degrees right now. Brrrrr.

How was your weekend? Maybe it's bad family news, maybe it's the rats, maybe it's having my roof ripped off, maybe it's the cold, I don't know, but I felt really on edge all weekend, and worse now. Like I'm waiting for bad news of some sort, but I can't put my finger on it. It feels like a premonition or something. I really want to shake it; I can't stand being this tense!
What's your weather like? Cold!! 44 and sunny now, but when I came in a few hours ago, it felt like 25. It couldn't have been that low, but it was so cold.

Weekend was pretty good. I bought myself some clothes on Saturday, then managed to tear my contact just before my hour drive home. In the snow. That was fun! (Not.) But Sunday night, I did this:



(also, hi fat baby!) This is JUST the cotton. Actually, the top right is special fabric (terry cloth, some minky, some plaid fabric to make monkey some pajama pants) and the center top is all quilt batting. But I have all my solids and quilting prints out and sorted by color and then the bottom baskets all have boy prints (left), neutral & holiday prints (center) and then girl prints (right). Baby W helped. Okay not really, but he watched.
Also, it is way too cold. 23 degrees.

It was 60 degrees in Dayton this weekend. I took down Christmas lights. That's about it.

Juno - sorry about all the crap you have going on. I go for an acupuncture session when I get wound up that tight and can't relax.


It was a good weekend. Productive but low key. The weather was amazing and we opened all the windows.

Got my weekend challenges done and took down the Christmas lights. I've been sleeping great lately, so I'm thrilled to not be up all night and sleeping late in the morning.

It's sunny today and maybe 40 out. I'm not sure, but my office is definitely sunny today.

Weekend was pretty good. We got the sectional from Costco that I wanted. That bad boy weighs about a million pounds and my biceps have hurt since friday from lifting it. Bought some towels and bathroom stuff from Target on Saturday. Nothing too exciting.
Weather- It is a little cold by local standards (37 degrees) but it is bearable. It is supposed to get in to the 70s by the weekend. : )
