I just did the first work out and my body feels like jello. Omg, that shit is no joke. God forbid Zoe throws a fit any time soon, holding her could be interesting.

I only have 5 lbs weights and the first few times, I thought my arms were going to fall off! I am still on workout one because I still feel like I am going to die every time. This is week 2 of workout 1. I hope it's better!
Oh, and Zoe thinks it's hi-larious when I do crunches and the like and tries to help me out in the resistance department.
Aww, so sweet. One blog I read of a woman who was doing it had her 3 year old has her "trainer." I haven't gotten to day 2 yet - I'm going to have to after J goes to bed since he's getting into extra amounts of mischief today
