And I don't mean like diet - weight management. I mean like your actual diet.
Mine is soda. I hate water, juice, milk. I won't buy soda because if its in the house I have no self control and drink it. I don't drink an excessive amount, but when I drink, its essentially this. And not even the diet kind either. Good old fashioned Coke.

Wine.
Without that, everything else is dandy. I have no sweet tooth, I don't like fattening meats or dairy, and I never crave junk food. I don't know if I'm just lucky or if it's b/c I was brought up with healthy food and never developed a taste for much else. For instance, the thought of oreos is just nasty to me, so there's no way I have to restrain myself at the store. All the praise for dunkaroos? I think I tried that shit once in grade school and didn't want it again.
But, wine, so tasty. Plus the more you drink the more pouring yourself another glass sounds like a really good thing.
Portion control. I live to eat and not eat to live. When I wake up, get home from work, and watching TV I feel the need to eat regardless if I'm hungry.
If I'm being honest- it really is my husband. Like when I lived on my own, I just didn't buy things to ruin my diet. And I'm somewhat lazy, so going to get it just for a craving generally didn't happen. When I don't feel like cooking, he's quick to say pizza or take out or whatnot, whereas when I lived alone I would eventually suck it up and make something- I didn't want to go get something even more than I didn't want to make it at home.
Second runner up is carbs. Bad ones. I love pasta and breads and such. Mmmmmm I over eat on those things.

What's your nemesis?
I used to be this way. Water is too boring for me to drink it non-stop, juice is just meh, and dairy makes me ill. I think I might be a tid-bit lactose intolerant.
Anyway, I found if I add a squirt of lemon juice to water it's interesting enough that I can drink it all-day without a problem.
I think late night snacking in general is my nemesis. The particular snack changes every few months, but I always have something. Right now it's a flip between chocolate teddy grahams and lemon italian ice. A few months ago it was pull-and-peel twizzlers.

Eating out. I hate the shopping, prep work, and clean up time that cooking takes. I'd much rather go out to eat. I also grew up celebrating birthdays and accomplishments by going out to eat so that's still my go-to for socializing with family and friends.

I used to be the butter, cream, cheese whatever person, but in grad school I made a compromise with all that stuff.
If its something that a recipe calls for (i.e ricotta cheese in baked ziti or sour cream cooked into an enchilada filling) i will by the low fat. If its something that I'm going to taste or dip specifically (think sour cream on the side of a taco), its the real stuff.
This is more of my real personality. On TN there were so many raw newbs that I tried to be informative - not I realize those jackasses won't learn til they figure it out so fuck 'em.
But seriously, blowjobs have about 84 calories an ounce and DH and I both love the resulting euphoria.
I think for me, it's sugar and carbs. I can do without the grease pools found in junk food, but I Looooove pasta and chocolate. I love bread when it's warm.
Otherwise, wine. It doesn't last long in my house. Good thing I limit my spending on it, we would be broke otherwise.
