I just got my life insurance policy and apparently I qualify as super preferred (otherwise known as preferred plus). Apparently previous drug use means shit. Go me.

Anyway, I highly recommend accuquote for those looking for life insurance. They were very easy to deal with even though I basically dragged the process on for 3 months because I never answered the phone.

I got my life insurance when I was still a smoker. I wonder if I should ask for an adjustment. I think I looked into it once but it evens out since I'm now three years older. Boo hoo.

Really? I mean my mom died of cancer and I still got it. I wonder if it matters what type of cancer?

I pay $28 a month for the highest preferred rating (also used Accuquote), but only got $500k for 30 years. I am kicking myself for not doing a million but everyone IRL told me $1m was crazy. So I am waiting until after baby to try to up the amount. grrrrr......
