For a baby that came at 38w via c-section at almost 10lbs. I wonder if she had GD or her dates were off. I know she always said that had extra amniotic fluid.

Yeah, her stories never quite added up. I agree they probably photoshopped the pic.

She looks great because she is photoshopped and airbrushed. She was HUGE 2 weeks before this picture was taken. There is no way her face lost all that weight in 2 weeks. I agree that all the editing to the photo makes her look distorted.
The baby is adorable!

I think that sucks because she's a new mom; it's OK for her to look like a new mom. She looks happy, though. Super cute baby! I want to smoosh those cheeks!

She looks so bizarre. Her face looks like the editors chopped off half of it, it's way too angular and doesn't even look human.

I don't understand why magazines do this. Why couldn't she have just waited a few more weeks before her "big reveal"?
