Cut up an onion, put in bottom of CP Put chicken breasts on top 3-4 put a can of cream of chicken over that and let it cook. When it's done add cooked rice, a can of corn and a cup of cheese. SO GOOD.
This is SOOO Yummy... we use it for Lettuce wraps pinterest.com/pin/189573465535560222/ and I use two packages of ranch dressing seasoning and a little over 1 container of the hot sauce
One of my favorites, is Italian beef sandwiches. Put a 2ish pound chuck roast in the crock with 1 cup of water, 1 packet of Italian dressing season, garlic salt, oregano, and basil. Cook for about 8 hours on low and it will fall apart. Shred and cook a little longer. This is awesome on onion rolls with provolone cheese!
1-2 lbs chicken breast 1 jar salsa 1-2 chipotle chili peppers in adobo sauce (find small cans in mex food section. Use ONLY 1-2 peppers. Trust me. Do NOT use more, trying to get your money's worth), chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced Taco seasoning packet
Sir together to mix. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred chicken. Serve with some of the sauce and your choice of condiments (lettuce cheese sour cream etc) in a hard or soft shell.
