Alternation suggestions in Clearwater?

I have to get a BM dress altered. I'd rather not do it at David's. If memory serves, they charge an arm and a leg for alternations. Anyone have any suggestions for the Clearwater area? Maybe Pinellas County in general? Hell, I'll even go across the bridge to the Westshore area.
