And because i am so damn excited, I want you all to know that the benefits are awesome.

20% off everything in the store, any time.

$10/month for benefits. This doesn't change if you have just yourself on there or ten kids. Just $10. (I read this a lot to make sure, I kinda couldn't believe it.)

Gain sharing. Every 4 weeks, if the store exceeds goal you get extra $$ on your check. About $75-100 per employee. Additionally, if your DEPT makes exceeds goal, you will get an additional $75-100 on your check. So every 4 weeks you can get an extra $200.00, just if the store does well.

You get 2 Weeks of Vacation at a year, that's pretty standard, but after that it QUICKLY multiplies. At five years you get like 625 hours or something.

There are other awesome benefits, like a FlexSpending account, that WF deposits $1200 into every year for you to use to cover, deductibles, Rxs, any medical expense that isn't covered basically. However, the money rolls over every year, and you get extra money for doing things to be healthy.

Oh, and the best part they pay me a LOT more money than I'm used to, and I work in the bakery.
