I've been following her blog for about a year now, and have really liked seeing the evolution of their house. I love her artwork and bought one of her paintings on etsy! I have yet to hang it though
I love their gallery walls, though I don't know that I'd want that many in my own house. Definitely some fun ideas there!
And yeah, I thought my house had a lot of gray, but theirs is insane! I think they've really balanced it nicely with lots of white, but it still looks like it could use a little more of the turquoise-blues and yellows they've got in there as accents already.

Ooh I really like her art too! The giant piece on the dining room wall is great!

Gray overload. It's so much better than before, but I think this house will look very 2010s in ten years.
Missed opportunity on the kitchen cabinets - they love gray, I think gray or a color would have looked better than white. With the white pantry door it's white overload. And they really need to add hardware.
I like the painted black railing on the staircase. I don't think I like painted railings other than a glossy black or navy - it works.
The ottoman crammed into the mudroom space just seems silly to me. At least a wood bench would have looked less cramped.
It's amazing how much more inviting the house loks with a red door versus the white.
Oooh, I mostly love their house, although I'm a bit more into color.
I agree with simpsonsgal about the kitchen. They should have painted the cabinets gray or painting the pantry door another color. Hardware will do that a lot of favors.
I really don't like kids' rooms that are so different than the rest of the house, like this one. The green is pretty, but not when compared to a mostly gray house.
I do think that overall what they've done to their generic builder grade home is really inspiring.

Does anyone know where they got that arc floor lamp in their living room? I would love one like that. I saw one at cb2 but the shade looks to be much bigger on the one they have.

ETA: For some reason, my link isn't opening in another window. Sorry!
Thanks! I actually misread the description on CB2. I thought it was saying it was 10" wide but I think they must mean 10" tall. 10" wide seemed very small for that lamp. Think I'm going to order it!
