I've pretty much blocked everyone who talks about working out from my newsfeed. I work out, I feel no need to tell the world about it everyday and check in at the gym.
Last week one girl said that she saw an obese woman on the news complaining about how she got the flu shot and still got flu. Then she went on to say that people wouldn't get sick OR need vaccines if they would just workout. She said she doesn't even get her baby vaccinated because they eat paleo. I didn't even say anything because I wanted to crawl through my computer and face punch her.

I couldn't find 5 minutes to EAT until after 8pm yesterday, sure finding 15 minutes to work out (and dress for it, and get there, and clean up afterward--so 30 minutes) is simple.

What kind of workout gets good results in 15 minutes? I'm trying to get on that band wagon. I don't see any progress unless I do about an hour and then you have to drive there, shower after, drive home---it's a two hour thing.
