Spent Monday night in the hospital, as I expected I would. Surgery went well, though they were unable to remove all of the crap/endo from inside my uterus without endangering me/my fertility, so it looks like I will need another surgery in a few months. On the plus side, I don't need to be on the Zoladex anymore. Thank god. But that does mean our TTC timeline is being pushed further back. That's probably a good thing. It gives us (H) more time to get our (his) heads straight.
And it turned out that I DID have a septum. When I had my first surgery in August, they thought there was a septum, but they weren't sure if it was that or a bicornuate ute. So I had an MRI. That indicated an arcuate ute. This surgery confirmed the first inclination - a pretty severe septum. So they removed it and I currently have a balloon catheter in my uterus. I'm getting it removed today though. Fun.
I'm doing well though. I even pooped this morning! LOL!

Glad you are out and that it went reasonably well but of course it sucks that you have to have another surgery. Hope the time passes quick before you can get ttcing again.

Welcome home! Glad it all went well, even though that stinks you have more upcoming surgery. But like you said, it will give your husband more time....then let the TTC resume!!
Hugs. Stay ahead of the pain and on top of the pain killers. (my blanket advice for surgery)
Oh yes. I'm an every-4-hours kind of meds taker, not an every-6-hours or wait-'til-it-hurts kind.
The cath came out this afternoon. Super easy. The speculum hurt more than the cath did. Now I'm a little more comfortable, but also a little less comfortable b/c the pressure change is causing some gas to move around. I gots berbles in mah guts!
Glad you're doing well. Another surgery obviously is sucky-poo, but the fact that you actually did poop, is awesome news :-) In all seriousness, glad you're through this first hurdle and seem to be doing relatively okay!
