Viewing full site from tablet?

I'm having quite a few issues, and realized that I'm looking at the mobile version. I think this is where my issues lie; I believe I was on the full site before the changeover. Is there a way to view the full site from my tablet? This is my only full-screen internet access. Thanks!

On my phone when I view the mobile site at the bottom there is a blue bar with a "Desktop" button - clicking that switches me to the normal view. Do you see that?

I switched to the desktop view on my iPad but I don't know how I did it.
