I used it for a few months. The biggest pro is that it somehow made my hair blow dry a lot faster (like, 2 minutes instead of 4. lol). But I had to use a ton because my hair is long, and I never reached a "balanced scalp" phase where I only had to wash my hair 1-2x/week like others tout. When I use shampoo & conditioner, I can get 3-4 days out of my wash. But with Wen, I had to wash every other day. I tried all of the troubleshooting tips, like using less of the product, rinsing a ton, etc., but nothing helped. F&Bers basically insisted I wasn't using it right.
I liked it, but I didn't $60/mo (w/tax & shipping) like it.
I've kind of had the same experience as Kore, but I haven't been using it as long as she did. I bought it from Sephora during their VIB sale and used it a few times right away, but I wasn't really very impressed. I felt like it left my hair oilier. I can go 3-4 days when I shampoo/condition with my Pureology stuff and with the Wen I could only make it a day or two. I've tried it a few times here and there since then and it's ok, but so far I'm not loving it and won't repurchase. I did find a new dry shampoo that I really like so I'm going to try again while using it and see if I can go longer between washes.
