I'm having a hard time deciding on a car seat. I only want to buy one (for now). We're open to ages 0-4, so it needs to be a convertible. The problem is that all the ones I pick have bad reviews when using them for newborns.
Do you have a convertible that worked for a new baby? I don't really want to spend over $150.
I realize this isn't what you said, but we bought a Chicco Keyfit, and kept it in the box. Figured if our kid was not a newborn, we could just return it.
TOO BAD YOU"RE NOT CLOSER! I could just lend you ours
I am putting Pumpkin in the Britax 55 this week. I'll let you know what I would have thought for his newborn days.
I second the evenflo triumph! We pulled the trigger on that one after consulting the ladies here and consumer reports, etc. It is a GREAT carseat. So, so easy to adjust the straps.
