Rec your fave drugstore mascara

I am too lazy to run to a MAC store this weekend for new mascara. To hold me over for a bit, please recommend your favorite drugstore mascara!

I have light colored eyelashes and like added volume.

Covergirl Lash Blast. I like the purple tube, but I know a lot of other ladies like the orange tube.

Covergirl Lash Blast! I used to be an orange tube girl, but I actually like the new lime green tube a lot too. Both come in brown and black/brown if you prefer a lighter shade.

Personally, I don't like Covergirl Lash Blast, orange and purple. The orange one gives me super spider leg eyelashes. The stuff also flakes off a lot.

I prefer Neutrogena Healthy Volume over those.

Thanks ladies! Cosmos, I used to wear voluminous! Forgot all about it. Will pick some up as well as CG and maybe I'll ditch MAC for mascara!

For whatever reason I can't get voluminous to work for me.  There's always too much on the brush and it ends up clumpy or all over my face.  Am I missing something?

I have the same problem with Voluminous. And even if I manage to apply it neatly, it smudges awfully on me, when most other mascaras don't.

I never had that issue, sorry.

Maybe because they are drugstore, you dont know how long they've been sitting around and you got an old batch?  This is my biggest beef with drugstore makeup.

Have you tried the Voluminous Million Lashes (it's in a gold tube).  It has a different wand then the regular Voluminous which I do think tends to clump a bit more when it gets old.

Sometimes I get that and I have to run the brush a bit on the top of the tube to remove clumps.
