Weird dream

Recently I ran into the older brother of an old high school friend, A, and I've been trying to reconnect with her.

In my dream, another old HS friend wakes me up and says A is there to see me but she won't come in. I go get a robe and go outside and she's standing there with a bunch of uninterested looking punks and won't really talk to me. I convince her to come in so I can get her brother (who is staying at my house?) a shot of Wild Turkey and some corn dog nuggets. She doesn't want to see him and tells me not to touch his hands. I forget to get corn dog nuggets so he takes the shot and goes back to bed. All this time I'm in an uncomfortable silence with A and I feel like something is wrong with her but I can't quite figure it out.
