MM BB cream or tinted moisturizer

I bought the smashbox BB cream and liked it a lot, but can't keep spending $40 every 6 weeks or so.  I have really sensitive skin and don't need a ton of coverage.  I've used the garnier BB cream and it was fine, but not great.  Also, any recs for under eye circle concealer?

Definitely maybelline age rewind for an under eye concealer.

If you aren't very pale, physicians formula healthy wear TM is great. It has very skin healthy ingredients like SPF and antioxidants. The lightest shade is too dark for my fair skin, unfortunately. I used Clinique BB cream for a while and loved it, but right now I'm using Cover Girl smoothers foundation and like it a lot. It's not heavy and gives just the right amount of coverage, and it's hydrating, which is great for my combination skin during the winter.
