and totally freaking out.  Mh wants me to just be positive but I am not succeeding at that.  

Due date is October 1st.

My doctor wanted me to call asap, but it's the weekend and no one is there.  I can leave a message or talk to the on-call. I'll probably just leave a message.

Take a deep breath and I'd call the on call dr just in case they want you to start progesterone supplements or anything.

I did end up calling the on call doctor and they want me to call the office Monday morning to have betas and progesterone levels checked.
I am taking progesterone already. I started that after the second loss and take that after ovulation so I'll keep on taking that until I hear otherwise.
