I am good during the day - not really any symptoms. At night they all hit full force. Heartburn, my tailbone and hips hurt SO bad I can't get comfortable and toss and turn all night. I get congested, I have to pee at least twice and get up at least once a night for Tums. I am pretty sleep deprived.
Nursery is almost done! I think I have everything I need now, bought some diapers and pacifiers and baby wash the other day. Now I just need to install the carseat and pack my bag but I think I will wait a few more weeks.
i was thrilled to learn we are having a girl at our a/s this week.
sadly that evening i got sick with a terrible cold, as did my toddler son. he ran a higher temp, but still technically low grade. anyway, i was limping along with what i thought was the extent of the OTC meds i could take thru Thurs. Fri while i was home, DH called the OB to see if there was more i could take. needless to say, i have a better list of meds, the best of which is afrin. i can finally sleep for more than 30-45 min./hour....moved to more like 2-4 hours (usually more b/c of the need to pee than b/c of any breathing issues. i did wake up this morning choking on phlegm (TMI, i know, sorry), but it was b/c i slept past a dosage time for one of the meds.
i have taken to sleeping with a body pillow, which helps me with support while sleeping. i'm not ache free, but i ache less w/it.
for fun, i have started crocheting baby items: booties, beanies, etc. i'm going to venture out and do a dress and a sweater eventually. not really D&R, but, it is BR.
i am ready to get serious now about preparing the nest for our little girl, even if we have most of what we need (a lot of DS's stuff was unisex in design).
