Clinique. I can't tell a difference but I use it as a preventative measure for aging. The Clinique bb has SPF and antioxidants, which protect against environmental damage that causes wrinkles.
I've only tried the Garnier. Loved it as a replacement for my foundation in the summer, I use it on/off now, sometimes mixing it with my foundation. I haven't noticed any change in my skin, but I like the light coverage and extra moisturizer.
I like the Garnier one. I don't know if it is really anything more than a tinted moisturizer - I heard most drugstore BBs' are just tinted moisturizer repackaged and don't have the antioxidants and brighteners in them...
I like it though. I wear it under my foundation because I have dry skin and a really ruddy complexion. When my skin is at it's best, I can wear the BB cream alone without foundation. I do find my skin is a bit softer and I feel like it has made my pores a little smaller. When I quit using it I notice my skin isn't as nice.

I have tried all of the drugstore ones and only like the Garnier. I wore it all summer in place of foundation, and I still reach for it on days that I am too lazy to do a full face. I was fortunate that the darker of the two shades was a perfect match for me, but since there are only two shades, I would imagine there might be some people who the brand wouldn't work for.
