I have the worst posture ever. I notice the more I work at my computer, the worse it is getting. I am trying for force myself to sit up straight but was wondering if either Yoga or Pilates once a week would help.
Do you know which would be better? Unfortunately , I can't do a balance ball or anything like that at work.

I think either one would be good. Both will strengthen your core. Maybe try both and see which you prefer? I have a strong preference for yoga over Pilates, and I know some people feel the opposite.
I think they would help. I like yoga better than pilates but that might just be because I've found a great yoga teacher and haven't found a great pilates teacher.
Also, thanks for the reminder to get out my balance ball.
If you take specifically a Hatha or short form ashtanga class with a good instructor and tell them your goal/ be open to their adjustments yoga could be extremely helpful for your posture! GL!
