ugg we need to do this... Smells like M is making Indian Stew Tue: shrimp Tacos ( if I am feeling better something about seafod whensick is weird to me ) WED: something Mexican- Thur / Friday : i think i have no clue maybe vegie dogs and salad
Tonight we had meatloaf and crispy crowns Tomorrow we're eating leftover Indian take out Wednesday we're eating baked ziti that we mixed up today Thursday we'll probably have ham and perogies Friday the rest of the ziti
DW is anticipating working late every night this week so we're prepared to not spend time cooking.
Tonight: Salads w/ taco meat, salsa & avocado Tuesday: Meatloaf and green beans Wednesday: Supreme pizza "pasta" Thursday: My dad's birthday, so either out to eat or my mom will cook Friday: Acorn squash w/ ground turkey, spinach and raisins

Sunday: sweet potato coconut rice Monday: slow cooker butter chicken Tuesday: fish tacos Wednesday to Friday: C is out of town, so leftover city for me. Saturday: I have surprise brunch planned - baked eggs and hash brown towers and bellinis
Monday - Spaghetti squash with zucchini, asparagus, and tomatoes. Tuesday - L working late - pasta for the kids. I have leftover pad thai. Wednesday - Carter has speech and their teacher forgot to send home the spelling words for us to get a head start on this weekend, so it is going to be a rough night. Fast food in the car so that they can have eaten by the time we get home. Thursday - Probably out to dinner with L Friday - My BFF is coming into town, so we'll have dinner with her after we pick her up at the airport.

I was so proud of last night's dinner... steak topped with almond, basil, and parsley pesto; roasted root side (fennel, fingerling potatoes, onion, garlic slices, and sage). Tonight: a whole bunch of leftovers, including roasted root side, pasta, leftover chicken, etc. Wednesday: Hamburger helper (yuck, but we have one box left from when we used to buy it before we started eating better/fresher, and don't want to waste it) Thursday: rest of the leftovers, plus roasted brussel sprouts Friday: pizza
