The traveling sample box PIP thread

The right side shows the samples that I added to the box.

As I chose a sample, I looked through my stash and added one of equal size/quality. When I was done, I added a bunch that I knew I'd never use.

My scores:

Also, hopefully there will be a round two so you can ration them if you would like...lol.

That just means you have to take more out! I have a lot too, and probably put 2/3 of them in the box. Someone might need to do a box transplant soon though!

Last one I started I used two birchboxes and it ended with a jam packed big priority box.

I am worried that I don't have enough samples. I made a strong effort to try to use mine up, so my stash is small right now. I may or may not have contemplated making a Sephora order just to get more samples.

When I mailed it out this morning, I put it in a Sephora box. It seemed fitting.

Yeah, I'm mostly looking to give away samples I know I'll never get around to using. Can't wait to see what's in the box by the time it makes it to me, though!

I got the box! Sadly, a Vincent Longo shadow and a small NYC palette didn't survive shipping (crushed eyeshadow everywhere!). I'm going to individually wrap a few things this go-round, hopefully no more casualties.

amika nourishing hair mask
Fekkai shea butter hair mask
Murad bronzing boost
blender cleanser (that stuff is awesome for cleaning brushes!)
a cute vegan eye shadow in peach ice

I'll be working on replacements today, and will snap a picture before I send it out - hopefully in the next day or two! cjeanette, I'm ready for the next address!

Dang! They must have been rough with that! I thought that shoving the sephora packing paper around the boxes would protect them against being banged around in shipping.

Please note that I have used the Zoya and Essie nail polishes once each and the Harajuku lovers perfume a few times. I also tried one set of the Eye Rock eyeliner tape.  It was...interesting!

Me too! I'm hoping that when I lay out my pile of stuff that it's enough for two go-rounds. Plus I'm sure I'll have more by then anyway. I've gotten to the point where I'll order from Sephora instead of driving 5 minutes to the store just so I can get more samples and a wider choice of promos. lol.
