I'm sorry. I'm glad you didn't torque your back and everything seems to be okay. I fell out of a truck when I was a teen and had to have my leg and ankle pinned in place; for the longest time afterward was petrified any time I'd even feel a twinge. And after DD2 flew off a merry-go-round as a toddler and fractured her face in three places I was paranoid her plates would have shifted and I'd be checking her face and mouth out from every angle for several years afterward; I'm sure I gave her issues regarding it.

Oh I hope you're ok sorry it had to happen in front of multiple witnesses on one hand that's better in case you really did get hurt but on the other hand.... Falling is never graceful, lol.
