I am in legal marketing, so I deal with similar issues for law firms. Something that helps keep the page active is to share health related articles and stats about health issues. Tips about health and safety are always good. Always try to add a few sentences to connect with the article.
If you have anything special going on, like you just got a supply of flu shots and have an express lane set up for those patients who just want the shot.

This and contact info/hours. Plus posts on random health stats or facts and I gravitate towards places that post "fun" happenings (within reason, of course) in the office because it makes me feel like they enjoy what they do.
