We did a mini bootcamp in the group fitness class today. Jumping up stairs, lunges with a barbell with 20lbs on it on our shoulders, tricep dips, inclined pushups.... ouch. I'm still shaky 2 hrs later. My face was soooo red afterwards. I think I got overheated. I wonder if I'll be able to move tomorrow.
I signed up for a half marathon today, so hopefully that'll give me the motivation I need. Apparently I don't have any unless there's a race in the future.
I did a boot camp one year. Um I couldn't get off the toilet the next day and I am not kidding. After the first time at home, I used the handicap stall so I could use the bars to get up. I am not even ashamed to admit it.

That's awesome! lol. After my first class (just regular circuit weight lifting stuff), I almost fell over trying to take my shoes off.
