Now, I know this doesn't really mean anything, but we are happy with the CMA!
Her lowest likely selling price estimate is still 13k over what our rock bottom selling price would have been and her upper likely is 1.5x's what we owe on it! (1.3x's what we paid). If it sold for the upper we could pay all our debt, buy a lot, and have good seed $ for the new build.
Woot!
We were really scared she was going to come back and tell us she thought we couldn't sell for much more than we paid which would have made me die.
