My guy friend just bought a 1925 house a few miles away and is gutting it (he is keeping the windows though).  Anyway his loss is my gain - now tell me where I can put a claw foot tub in my house!  It's going to kill me to watch him toss it.  

I am going to find a place for his farmhouse? (Like Sookie in true blood has) sink though.  I'm dying over it.  It has a chrome budge faucet and everything.

Haha. I know where you can put the sink: I've got the perfect spot in my kitchen Why, oh why is he doing that?? Do you have a bathroom that could be reworked in the future and a place to store the tub in the mean time (we put ours from CL in the garage for a long time until we remodeled)? I love my clawfoot with a white-hot passion.

I know, I know.  I will eventually I promise.  First I need to take some pictures.

I wish you didn't live so far away!! You could have his sink and faucet!  I think I'm going to put it in my basement as a laundry sink.  That's the purpose it's serving in his house except he likes "new" and "better".

Literally no where to put a bathroom except our basement and that will never happen
