I have quite a few food allergies and I'm running out of stuff to make for lunch and dinner. I'm tired of eating the same things. It also sucks when FI or his family eats something different that I can't have. Any ideas?
Oh, a list of my allergies should help.. Dairy, eggs, and honey. I am also slowing cutting out gluten/wheat since it is not easy to completely cut out right away.
I should also mention that I do not like beans and my doctor advised me not to eat/limit my intake on beans, broccoli, and cabbage.

I'm not fantastic with what is/isn't gluten free, so please forgive me if I include something wrong but what about: *Broiled shrimp with saffron rice *Baked potatoes topped with salsa and meat (chicken, beef, carnitas) *Grilled chicken/porkchops and your favorite vegetable *Chili (without beans) * All sorts of soups - carrot, potato, minestrone - just use veggie broth in place of any dairy. * Salads: I'd probably go crazy with salads, lettuces topped with fruits, nuts, chicken or shrimp, olives, etc. * Fajitas! (with corn tortillas) - would also work with enchiladas and tacos potentially.
One of my friends doesn't have allergies, but she hates "white" foods - like dairy and eggs. She still loves pizza - gets a gluten free crust and tops it with all kinds of things, just not cheese.
