Let's get the board moving.
Any new dishes on the menu this week? Going out to eat somewhere? Making an old favorite?
We're having these
Cilantro-Lime Chicken Breasts with Avocado-Lime Salsa
later this week, a new recipe for us. Hopefully the tropical flavors will brighten my mood from the dreary weather!

I am really excited about tonight's dinner:
Vietnamese Banh Mi Salad
. DH and I have both been on big salad kicks and this seems like a nice variation. Found it on fg.

I am so excited for the Thai Chicken Wraps with a tangy peanut sauce. They sound so good and I need something light after the weekend!

Leftover birthday cake, haha. DH is out of town all this week, so it'll be frozen meals and cereal for me- which I love.

My fiance works late on Tuesdays -- I love being able to eat whatever I want (cereal, bread and cheese, frozen meals) for dinner those nights!

I'm making chicken tikka masala this week and I'm excited because it's been forever since I've had it!
And I'm also going out with the girls and trying a new restaurant. I don't have any expectations, so we'll see how it goes.

I'm in the process of moving, and I'm alone in my house with no cooking equiptment. Lots of take out.
