Attempting to watch DVRd shows while I wait for my H to get home. The DVR keeps crashing. I'm getting pissed. I had a stressful day and I just want to sit on my ass all night, especially since I worked out after work and now I think I double deserve it.

I'm here. Not drinking though. I'm trying to avoid drinking alone (not as pathetic as it sounds, lol) in an effort to be more healthy/lose some weight.

I really just got home from work 45 minutes ago and all I've accomplished is making and eating dinner, which come to think of it is kind of a record in 45 minutes. Tonight I have no plans other than to walk my dogs if the weather cooperates. It is raining right now but seems like it might stop.

Also, I can hear a lawnmower going right now which is weird considering it is starting to pour. I hope that person gives it up soon! lol.

Drinking a beer, hopefully will be drinking more with DH in a bit. Birthday party tomorrow including a baseball game with lots of pregaming. Then hanging out with my patents on Sunday. Plus I am going to ride my horse both days and hopefully clean the house at some point.

It's going to be a busy weekend!

DH is out of town until Sunday. My grandfather is in ICU down the street. The kids are in bed. I am drinking. My neighbors keep popping in and out so I am not drinking alone most of the time :-)

They did the inspection on the house we are buying today...all was good. After that we went to see Dark Shadows and drank beers at the movies which was big fun. More beer + pizza will mean an earlier bedtime tonight, LOL.

Tomorrow we are going to the casino and spending the night out of town.

Family night. We were going to go to a pizza buffet and then giving Tman (the boy) Wall-E which he has never seen before. I got a bunch of movies from the Disney Movie Club and have busting one out each family night.

I'm debating going to the gym tomorrow for the first time in 2 weeks. I've been couched with an injury (stress fracture) and even though I was cleared for swimming and upper body exercise, I chose to sit it out instead.

We aren't seeing our mom's this weekend, will go see MIL next week while SIL is in town with her baby. Unsure as to whether DD13 has anything planned for mother's day. She's in a very self-absorbed phase right now.

I'm working on our newly revamped budget and seeing how much we can save before we go into the red. It's a sickness.

Lurker here. Drinking yes. My DH was a complete ass when he got home. My mom and sis are here so we rearranged some furniture. Apparently coming home to everything being changed= him being pissy. I told him we could move everything back and he stormed out because he was hungry. Awesome. I'm done I think. I get he has had a long week but it is just furniture. We didn't paint or do anything structural. He wonders why I never do or buy anything for the house. Everything he doesn't like. I wish I could have been the one to leave. I know he will be home soon but I have been home with the kids all week.

This makes him sound like a total douche which he isn't but I am just frustrated. Maybe I am in the wrong and we shouldn't have done anything. This does happen every time they come.
