Who does them? Want to share some of your favorite recipes? Tips and tricks?
I've been putting a few meals in the freezer, but I've been having a hard time convincing myself to take them out. I want to save them for a time I REALLY don't have time to cook.
I was doing a lot of freezer meals for a while and would like to get back into it. An awesome site for recipes is onceamonthmom.com She cooks one day per month, for like 4 hours and awesome doc's with recipes, shopping lists, and instructions.
I do a lot of chicken (legs, breasts, thighs) with a marinade in a freezer bag. It's easy to pull out in the morning to defrost and all you have to think about are the sides.

rice and pasta freeze well. When we make chicken or meat ( usualy too much) we are vegetarians but the kids eat meat - we freeze it. So pulled pork or pulled chicken we freeze the left overs. If you need small quantities you can use a muffin tin and then scoop out small portions
