Is there such a thing as a good pink eyeshadow?

I've got a couple of soft pinks that I like ok, but you can't tell they even have a pink hue to them once they are on my eyelid. Is there a pink out there that is visibly pink, yet doesn't make me look like I have pink eye? Or should I not even be looking for one? I'm not up on makeup trends at all...

Nars maybe? I have a Nars duo (Alhambra) with a light shimmery pink and a champagne gold and the pink looks light pink on my lid.

I usually don't like Clinique eyeshadows, but I used to wear their Strawberry Fudge duo which has a really pretty pink.

I also like MAC's Seedy Pearl, but it's a really light pink.

One of my friends wears UD pinks (hotpants, a pale pink, and woodstock, a bright pink). She shades with a purple color. It sounds like a bright combo, but it looks really good on her & makes her blue-green eyes pop.

I wear Omen & Junkshow from my UD15 palette. I use the blackout shade to make it more neutral. Just a tiny bit, blended over the pink.

MAC Expensive Pink is another good shade. If you're okay with spending a bit more, my all-time favorite pink is Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Intense in #28/Red Platine. It's a gorgeous gold-infused pink.

Lisa Eldridge (pro makeup artist in the UK) just did a tutorial on her blog using pink eyeshadows. I believe she used the ELF 100 palette. Her website is her name.com
