New food for the little

This is not as awesome for you as some nice fresh steamed or sautéed spinach, but in a pinch its pretty much a huge hit with Amelia right now. She's only eaten about 2 nugs and but she's not eating well so if it goes in her mouth and stays there AND there's spinach in it, I call that a win.

I've seen these but never bought them because of the egg white. Hmm. I could do this easily at home, though. I got the girls to eat spinach by mixing it with mashed potatoes.

I bet if wouldn't be that hard to do. Just dry tne spinach really well and mix it with some panko. And then whatever you vegans use to bind. I'd use an agg
