I'm right here with you. I won't even start something like that because I know I can't finish it. 30 minutes on the elliptical and I nearly passed out. When does it start sucking less?

Did you start on the 1st level. DIdn't you hear Jillian yelling that it's not an easy work out? I'd rather phone it in for 40 minutes than feel like I'm dying for 25. That shit's no joke.

I haven't finished the whole thing ( , I know!) but I will say that level 1 does get easier. Try again in a few days. When you can do all of the jumping jacks without wanting to pass out you'll be so happy for yourself.
It's a tough workout! She says on her ripped in 30 (very similar to 30DS) that if level 1 is too tough, then do it without weights at first and ease into it. It will get so much easier.
