I have a pubic hair question

Some of you say you trim, instead of waxing or shaving.  What does that mean?  What do you use to trim?  I had a full-out 70s bush until a year ago- shaving gives me horrible razor burn and waxing is too damn expensive, as is laser (for now).  Help please.

I had 7 laser sessions and it still didn't tame my...ahem...issue. So now I just use something like this:

and a really sharp razor on my bikini line. I still have horrible razor burn sometimes, but the more often I do it the less of an issue it is. I just have to remember to do it every single day. Blah.

I shave most of it and trim the rest with scissors. You have to be careful, as I've cut myself bad before (I have long labia, ok?).

I use little scissors and shave the side areas. And yes, I've cut myself, it hurts like a beeeyotch.

For the, the more I shave the less irritated it gets.

If you shave with the grain, not against it razor burn isn't nearly as bad. You don't get quite as close, but it's close enough

I use a bikini trimmer. It's the same as a beard trimmer, but it's a girly color.

Also, I use this to prevent razor burn. It's the only thing that's worked for me. I use it under my arms, too.

Normally shave sides and in between legs and beard trimmer to keep things from getting curly.

I nair my upper lip and it burns like a bitch. I cringe at the thought of putting it on my nether regions.
