DS1 was born in June but was always small, so when DS2 was born in early April I thought we'd be all set for clothes. Except he's giganto and is already in 6m clothes at just 8w. At this point he may just lap DS on the calender and be right back to summer clothes before the weather turns. I know I've posted about this before but DS1 was so small the doctors were worried about him for a few years, so having such a healthy second kiddo is a total relief.
New guy is completely adorable and the classic happy Buddha-baby. People, this is the squishiness I'm dealing with. His moobs are ridiculous!
Vanilla - He is adorable! I can totally relate to the big baby. DS is almost 5 months old and is in 9-12 months clothes. He weighs 2 lbs less than his cousin who is 15 months older.
I go back 3 days/week the last week of June & first week of July, then back FT. I loooove my job so while I also looooove ML, I'm ok with it winding down.
Pugz - did I read right before that you're in social work (not sure what kind?) & thinking about SAH after your LO is born? Shoot me a PM if you want. I have some info I wanted to pass along to you.
Thank you all for the compliments on my not-so-little man.
DD never really plateaued on being way ahead clothing-size-wise. She stopped gaining as much weight, but she kept getting longer and longer. At 15 months, I remember she was wearing 24 months-size clothing. At age 4, she now wears size 5/6 or just a plain old size 6, depending on the brand.
So cute! Both my kids are pretty big. DS1 is often mistaken for a 3 or 4 year old and he is not yet two and a half. DS2 started wearing 6 month clothes in the past week or so but they are still a little big.
