What will she tell me (result CD3 blood)

We're going in tomorrow morning to get results from my CD3 blood work. I'm assuming that besides that DH will get a sterile cup so he can do his thing for the SA. And CD21 blood work has already been ordered.

I'm just wondering though, what will she be able to tell me from my CD3?
I know I do ovulate, but I know that doesn't necessarily mean my eggs are viable. Is that what I'll hear tomorrow?

I just want to mentally prepare myself for whatever it is she might be able to tell me.
