I went to the local supermarket on my lunch break and found that they have a better international aisle than my local store. I picked up a package of rice vermicelli noodles and a package of pan egg noodles in the Asian section. Any suggestions on what to make with them?
Ideally, I'd like to recreate an awesome dish I had at a Vietnamese restaurant a few weeks ago, which was only described as "sauteed beef with rice noodles and vegetables." IDK what its proper name is. The sauce was fantastic and I have no idea what it was. Here's a Yelp photo - any idea what it's called and how to make it?
I have these items already at home, if you know how to make this or if you want to suggest something else to do with either package of noodles: soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, teriyaki sauce, fish sauce, bean sprouts, fresh green beans, cucumber, cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, shallots, chicken breasts, shrimp, leftover pork roast, chicken broth, peanuts
