Got final loan approval and signed our paperwork at the escrow company this morning. Also handed over a very large sum of money for down payment. LOL

Now we just have to wait for them to finish their repairs and get the re-appraisal (to verify CO detector install) and we're all set. We should close and get the keys on Friday.

RIGHT?!? Provided we can close on time, we'll be closing 32 days after contract acceptance. We're still in shock, honestly.\

As regards B&A - we'll be painting the kitchen cabinets and probably installing/having installed some hardwoods (hopefully) before we even move in. So there will be a BIG difference in the next month. I hope.
