Pot Pie with Feta Scallion Biscuit Topping Tuesday: Tofu Stir-fry Wednesday: Creamy, Cheesy, Garlicky Rice with Spinach Thursday: Paradise Casserole (inspired by Candlelight Cafe in NYC- black bean, sweet potato, and millet) Friday:Soup with Dumplings (Chicken soup with dumplings minus chicken) Saturday: White Cheddar White Wine Roasted Garlic Broccoli Pasta (I think you can deduce what's in it) Sunday: Black Bean Soup
Monday - turkey dog crescent roll-ups for the kids, I had leftover zucchini/turkey chili, L had cheese chips and salsa (she is doing no carbs.) Tuesday - L is will be home post dinner. Kids having grilled cheese and soup. I'll have chinese chicken salad since it needs to be eaten Wednesday - No clue. Thursday - I'll be out so L is in charge. Friday - Pasta and veggies
