I've had a low grade fever today and just tired, but considering C has been waking up multiple times a night, the being tired is no surprise.
On a random side note, I would love to get back into dance classes. My back is so stiff, I think getting back into ballet would help, plus love what it does for the legs and tush.
Does your gym offer dance-type classes? I'm sorry you're sick (is C sick too?) I had to take DS to the doctor today - he has pinkeye again, and an ear infection. Dammit!
When I can't get warm, I take a shower and make the water as hot as I can stand. Then immediately put on tank top, yoga pants, socks and sweatshirt. It usually helps me retain the heat until I go to bed.
I'm sorry everyone is sick! DS is getting over a cold that he got right after getting over RSV (gotta love the germ swap at daycare). He gave both to me. So last night I was up with him listening to him snuffle and sneeze. He is better now but I feel like crap. Sickness sucks!
I feel you on the cold, and dance things. I am so over the cold here, and with kids coming down with something....boo. I hope C finally gets some relief from being sick. If you get a chance, try a Fit Barre class. Not a pure ballet class, but as close as I've found without actually enrolling in a dance class (sadly, there is no time for that right now).
