I just got a call from the lab at my RE's office. They said all the embryos are doing well and asked if I could come in this afternoon for the transfer. Luckily today is my day off and DH was able to switch his work schedule around so we're going in around one. Hopefully this works!

I'll find out this afternoon how many, but I think if all 4 look good they might do all of them b/c I'm an old lady. If it's multiples then we can reduce. They didn't exactly say I need to be on bedrest tomorrow, but I should be lying down for the rest of today and possibly tomorrow so now I'm conflicted about going in to work tomorrow. My job isn't all that physical, but I do have to walk around a lot. I feel like I should stay home and rest, but I also feel guilty not going in.

Good luck today! My RE said the post transfer bed rest day is mainly for "warm fuzzies" but that it also can't hurt. If you think there is even a 5% chance you will regret/blame the walking around tomorrow on the IVF not working, then you should stay home.

Thanks so much, everyone. The transfer went well. They transferred 3 embryos and my doctor said he had a good feeling about it. I'm staying home from work tomorrow to rest up.
