When did your kid start showing an interest in potty training?
DD just turned 2 and shows absolutely no interest in going on the toilet. I know she is still quite young but I'm just curious. I've put her on the to toilet a few times and she HATES it.

Never. In December (a few months after she turned 3), we cut the cord. My H had the week between Christmas and New Years off and just took her out of her diapers. We had 2 accidents and she's been peeing in the potty since.
Poop, on the other hand, is still only handled in a diaper. Apparently I was the same as a wee one. Whatever, one step at a time I guess!
DD1 was trained as a young three? Well before she started preschool.
DD2 is going to turn three in March and is still all over the place with it. Sometimes she'll plop herself down and poop on her little potty with no prompting, but we've tried underpants before and she just pees herself without telling us.
We just started another attempt, with a chart and pirate stickers and stamps. I hope this round works, because toddler diapers are rank and I'm SO ready to not deal with them anymore.
Anna started showing interest around 2, then dropped it, then was interested again. She was PT at 2.5 for daytime, 3 for night.
Sophia is 2.5 and shows absolutely no interest. Well, we showed her Elmo's potty time last week and she has ashed to sit on it before bed a few times, but doesn't actually pee in it. I think we are far from PTing.

DD will be 3 in May and has peed in the potty one time. Other than that, it's just sitting there to get a sticker. We've been talking about the difference between diapers and big girl panties, but we have a long road ahead of us.
M will be 3 in July and we are working on potty training now. She has been in panties and peeing on the potty for 5 days now. Tonight was the first time she pooped on the potty.
She first showed some interest back in the fall but then wanted nothing to do with it. Last week I decided that we were just going to go for it. Armed with a sticker chart for every pee in the potty, temporary tattoos for poop in the potty and dum dum lollipops, I think we may be just about there. Although I am still putting her in a diaper for nap and bedtime.
C is 2.5 and has marginal interest at best. (She also doesn't go to daycare around other kids, but is home with my MIL all day, so I think that factors.) She goes into bathrooms with me occasionally, but is usually more excited about playing with the roll of toilet paper than anything else. She seems to know when her diaper is wet, but not when she's about to make it wet. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I don't see a need to rush it.
We're probably going to try in a few months. We're just weaning from a pacifier now, and I feel like we need to move her to a toddler bed before we PT. I'm scared to introduce too much too fast!
Natalie "got it" around 2.5, but was extremely stubborn and didn't go willingly until she was around 3. Elizabeth seems to be potty training herself at 2. She just turned 2 in December, and all I've done to facilitate it was set out the potty. She isn't even close to being able to wear underwear, but she is definitely getting the idea.
