I'm new around here and I just want to vent for a sec.
I'm 36, and we've been casually TTC for a couple of years. Pretty seriously trying for about a year. I have had a normal HSG (retroverted uterus), and SA is 's little slow but good counts.'
I'm just starting to spot and have cramps, although on CD24, which is a little early for me (I'm usually 28-30 days).
Appointment with OB on Monday to review options.
I'm majorly, majorly bummed. Again. I'm feeling sorry for myself in a big way right now.

((Hugs)) I know that feeling...the spotting before the period is so disappointing, in a way it's almost worse than the period itself because the hope for that cycle is gone. You can vent here!
Not yet. We're meeting with my OB on Monday to discuss direction. I want to begin to be aggressive given my age. After all those years of preventing, I definitely took fertility for granted - oh yeah, no problem...we will just go off the pill when we're ready.

Sorry you have to be here. Pre-AF spotting is the worst.
Some unsolicited advice: I highly recommend finding an RE if you want to be aggressive with your care. Not making assumptions about your OB but there are many women on the other TTTC/IF boards over on TN who wish they would have spent less time in the care of the their OB/GYN once they moved on to the RE.
Ditto disco, if you are concern about TTC, get to an RE. Most OB/GYNs aren't good with infertility problems. GYN is mostly a surgical field and OB is once you are pg, but even then, not the real problem cases.
