I just found an article from the police department,... intended to photograph her...

..charged with attempted luring, attempted sexual assault, attempted endangering the welfare of a
child and attempted criminal sexual contact for attempting to meet an individual whom
he believed to be a 14-year-old girl for a sexual encounter, in which he had intended to
photograph her.

OMG, what if there are more incidents like these... I have my wedding photos all over our place, granted it's just US, our wedding, etc, but FUCK, I don't know if I would ever be able to NOT think of this when I look at them...





luring..a 14 year old!! Well, he  attempted.  He "met a 14 year old on a online chat session" who really was an undercover cop.

My Mom happened to find this from a local paper.

He is sentenced to 5 years in jail and the whole registering as a sex offender 9 yards.

It makes me VERY curious what the fuck else he has done, this had to have happened more than this time.

Ugh. Gross. I'm glad he got caught I really hope it was a first time thing, and he's just a complete idiot.

H is a super geek. His school technology teacher was his mentor for all of his high school. The teacher moved to the university, but H would still go on campus to mess with all the computer stuff. The guy would come over and hang out at their house with him and H's younger brothers.

They moved away back in 2000. A couple years ago (I think it was 2009/2010) H "friended" him on FB, but never got a response, he didn't think about it, until six or so months later and he googled him and found out he was in jail for a bunch of counts of kiddy porn. The guy was basically a "youth leader" for schools (I don't think it was church based) I don't think he ever did anything with the kids, but apparently took video (??) because news reports said he was convicted of 3 counts of possessing/manufacturing/distribution of child pornography.

H was super shocked. He never tried anything with H, and both of his brothers said he never tried anything with them, so I'm not sure what flipped the switch, but I feel bad for H because he's obviously pissed that this guy did this, but he also feels sad because he *was* a really nice guy. (H obviously no longer feels this way)

Wow.

Shock is a good work, isn't it?  He photographed mine,both my sister's and my aunt's wedding, and our engagement pics.

When I was a teen, my BFF was dating this guy. So me, my bf and her would hang out over at her bf's house. It was a pretty nice house, and it was just him, his brother and their dad there. Well, about 2 months after my BFF and the guy broke up, his dad got busted for the same thing as your wedding photog.

He tried to meet up with a 14 year old girl (which turned out to be a cop) a few towns over. When they busted him he had rope, duct tape and a few other items in the trunk. I don't know if they ever proved he had any malicious intent in regard to the items, but he got sent to jail trying to meet up with a minor.

That's so disgusting. I am a photographer (a wedding and portrait photographer) and I am careful to avoid any allegations like this--- I will not work with teens/kids without an assistant there as a witness and the child's parent, just in case, and yet this pervert is actually doing these things. That's how careful I am--we do not communicate with minors at all to set up the session. People like this are disgusting and sick.
