I hope you don't mean you. My mom was audited and the Feds ended up owing her money, but it was a huge PITA. My sister was audited and ended up owing them, but it wasn't nearly as painful (except for the money part).

We are being audited for 2011. So far we have everything they have asked for. We think we are fine. I am having my boss handle it.
